Job Title: Digital Content Specialist

Role Overview:

To support the marketing team in elevating our online presence through developing engaging digital content for social media platforms, publications, and website. The role requires creating content for digital channels to drive engagement, build audience, and increase web traffic.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create compelling digital content for various online platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, and infographics.
  2. Develop messaging, marketing materials, and digital copy for campaigns to build brand awareness.
  3. Foster brand consistency across digital channels by adhering to guidelines, value, and mission.
  4. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce results-driven content.
  5. Utilize editing, content management, and HTML skills to publish and edit content across digital platforms.
  6. Leverage knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content ensuring visibility across multiple search platforms.
  7. Monitor and present analytics with relevant data, trends, successes, and exceptions.
  8. Ensure effective communication through web etiquette to deliver the right message through the right channels.

Skill Requirements:

  1. Understanding of marketing concepts, advertising, campaign execution, public relations, and client management.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  3. Awareness of content flow, readability, and sentence variety.
  4. Knowledge of search engine optimization best practices.
  5. Ability to collaborate with writers and editors to complete projects.
  6. Capacity to provide feedback on writing projects.
  7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, and managing digital channels.
