  • Project Scope Definition:

Define project scope by studying strategic business drivers and discovering and validating business and technical requirements.

Tech Solution Evaluation and Recommendation:

Formulate objectives, plan project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability, prepare installation and modification specifications, and lead the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead team members, monitor project progress, track action items, conduct design and implementation reviews, examine, research, and resolve issues, escalate issues to appropriate authority, respond to team members' concerns, and coordinate requirements with interested departments.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:

Develop and complete test plans, maintain project and technical documentation, and assure quality Web solution.

Employee Development and Performance Management:

Orient, train, assign, schedule, coach employees, follow production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, identify work process improvements, meet cost standards by monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving actions, and provide project status reports.

Knowledge Management and Career Advancement:

Update job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
