Microbiologist Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Procter & Gamble team, focusing on quality assurance and laboratory operations. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Your key responsibilities will include conducting routine laboratory testing and maintenance of laboratory equipment/systems, reviewing data vs. specifications, and performing lab investigations as needed. You will also be responsible for basic troubleshooting of analytical methods and equipment.

You will lead the team of lab analysts in their day-to-day work, providing guidance and support when needed. Additionally, you will participate in the implementation of laboratory test method initiatives to enhance overall laboratory practices.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the calibration of internal lab equipment, overseeing supplier management for external calibration needs, and taking charge of all laboratory-related documentation.

Apart from these duties, you will ensure rigorous adherence to training requirements, successfully completing training programs for all necessary skills. You will also identify opportunities for minimizing costs and effort in laboratory processes, leading to more efficient work procedures.

To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or Biotechnology and 0-3 years of relevant experience.
