Corporate Attorney

This challenging and rewarding role requires a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our organization.

As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to clients and representing them in court, drafting legal documents, contracts, deeds, and notices, and communicating with clients through various means.

Your duties will also include preparing written replies by adding relevant legal provisions, typing up and filing basic legal documents and correspondence, and completing tasks within given time and under pressure.

Maintaining contact lists, monitoring deadlines, and juggling calendars, as well as conducting legal research to provide guidance to clients or support the work of senior lawyers are also essential tasks in this role.

Key responsibilities include managing cases from start to finish, communicating with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and provide legal advice, attending court appearances, negotiating with opposing counsel or parties, and ensuring that clients comply with relevant laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
