Job Title: Regional Community Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Outreach Specialist to join our team in South Asia.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape. They will be able to build relationships and manage a diverse community, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), negotiate contracts, and onboard new affiliates.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize the affiliate channel's performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market.
Community Management:
  • Engage with the South Asian community across various platforms to foster an interactive environment.
  • Plan and execute community events, such as meetups, workshops, webinars, and AMA sessions.
  • Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
