Corporate Communication Assistant

Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating connections between NUST, industries, and other academic organizations. Key responsibilities include arranging internships for students, facilitating job placement, and establishing communication channels through Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
The selected individual will also be responsible for coordinating visits and recruitment drives from within and outside the university, selecting interview venues for open-house conduct, and facilitating interviews on open house day. Additionally, they will coordinate career development talks/sessions at MCS/NUST and close coordination with Departmental Industrial Liaison Officers (ILOs), MCS, NUST Placement Office (NPO), and Career Development Center (CDC) NUST.
A formal database of industrial partners and potential collaborations will be created and maintained by this role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for building strong relationships with industry partners and colleagues alike.
This position requires candidates to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics/Professional) and have their last education certificate/degree attested/verified by HEC. It is essential to note that only selected candidates will be contacted and issued an offer letter. Furthermore, candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department/organizations.
