Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing operation manuals for commercial and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manual Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive operation manuals that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to customers to explain products or services, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Customer Support: Work closely with technical teams to understand customer needs and provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze customer needs to determine system requirements, capacity, and cost, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintenance and Testing: Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Device Management: Manage device and sensor connections to achieve desired results, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Product Development: Plan and modify products to meet customer specifications, working collaboratively with design and engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Solve complex problems with installed equipment, applying technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Project Commissioning: Oversee project commissioning processes, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS-Office Suite and familiar with PLCs, control systems, field instrumentation, and communication protocols (CAN, RS-232, RS-485, Analog, Digital, etc.).
  • Quality Awareness: Demonstrate quality awareness and fault-finding skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility and Motivation: Possess a high degree of flexibility and motivation under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Control Engineering: In-depth knowledge in control engineering and related fields, with extensive experience in hardware and software configuration techniques.
Work Schedule

The work schedule is Monday to Friday: 10:00 am - 05:00 pm, and Saturday: 10:00 am - 02:00 pm.
