The ideal candidate will be a skilled and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Review technical design documents to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure feature completeness.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products, leveraging automation scripts and open-source tools.
- Conduct performance, security, and scalability testing to drive improvements to QA processes.
- Lead root cause analysis for bugs and production incidents, guiding junior QA engineers and driving best practices.
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is required.
5 years of experience in software quality assurance is essential, with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven work experience in software quality assurance, coupled with hands-on experience in automated testing tools, SQL, and scripting is necessary.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills are also essential for collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues.
