About You

  • You must have minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the design or construction industry.
  • You should have a strong understanding of the design process and the value proposition of various design services (Architectural, Interior, 3D, Event).
  • You should be excellent at building rapport and trust with clients across online and offline channels.
  • You must have a results-oriented approach with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • You should be proficient in social media marketing, online lead generation strategies, and experience working on freelance platforms.
  • You should be self-motivated and entrepreneurial, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by securing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with our design teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure we remain at the forefront of the design scene.
