Job Title: Production Line Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Line Supervisor to join our team in Gujranwala.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production line, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

\Responsibilities:\

  • Manage Daily Operations: Supervise a team of operators to meet production planning demands, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.\
  • Ensure Quality and Efficiency: Monitor adherence to machine, process, and quality work instructions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.\
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Ensure that the workspace is clean, organized, and meets GMP and 6S standards, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.\
  • Record Machinery Failures: Document machinery failures in SAP, report nonconformities, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.\
  • Request Materials: Request raw and auxiliary materials as needed, utilizing SAP, TREX, and barcode systems effectively.\
  • Support Operator Development: Provide guidance and training to operators, monitoring attendance and overtime to optimize performance.\
  • Improve Efficiency: Work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and yield.\
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.\
