We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the position of Cafe Leader.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, including starting and closing procedures.

• Overseeing food quality, taste, and presentation to meet customer expectations.

• Fostering a positive customer experience by addressing queries and resolving complaints promptly.

• Managing inventory levels according to demand and ordering raw materials as needed.

• Processing payments with accurate bills and maintaining a record of transactions.

• Controlling costs and minimizing waste in both raw materials and finished goods.

• Mentoring and guiding staff members to ensure they perform their duties efficiently.

• Leading team-building initiatives and providing training opportunities to enhance staff skills.

• Addressing staff attendance issues and managing conflicts effectively.

• Preparing financial reports and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

• Driving growth and taking ownership of business development initiatives.
