We are seeking a dynamic Sales Growth Professional to spearhead the expansion of our clientele in the UK and USA regions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sustainable financial growth through strategic sales initiatives and forging strong relationships with clients.

This role is based at our office, but requires work within respective business hours in the UK and USA regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new clients in the US and UK markets, converting them into increased business.
  • Qualify and close sales opportunities, managing and growing the sales pipeline.
  • Cold call as necessary to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying potential decision makers and building rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Research and develop targeted approaches to reach new clients, setting up meetings between client decision makers and our technical team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals tailored to clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing discussions, handling objections and negotiating effectively to secure deals.
  • Present new products and services, enhancing existing relationships and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a business development manager or relevant role, with a minimum of 3 years in software industry sales.
  • Strong connections with existing clients in the US and UK are preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), and excellent English language skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in high-level negotiations and exceptional time management and planning skills.
