Data Architecture Specialist

About the Role:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of client specifications and apply them to game design.
  • Create comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDD) and model metadata that inform our creative vision.
  • Conceptualize innovative game mechanics, data modeling, value balancing, rules, and settings for new games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding of game design principles.
  • Design engaging level structures that enhance player experience.
  • Determine data structures, balance data, and interlink feature systems in spreadsheets to optimize gameplay.
  • Define intuitive User Interfaces and Controls that streamline player interaction.
  • Analyze market opportunities and target segments to inform game development.

Nice to Haves:

  1. A passion for video games and staying up-to-date on industry trends and new releases.
  2. Proficiency with wireframes, document writing, and spreadsheet software like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  3. A strong foundation in math and economics, particularly in data modeling.

  5. Technical knowledge and critical thinking skills to drive innovation in game design.
