Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill a key role in our human resources department. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing top talent, ensuring compliance with employment law, and driving employee satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, leveraging various channels and networks.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of growth and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and payroll processes in line with company policies and employment law, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Performance Management: Coach managers on performance management issues and processes, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Implement new HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with current employment law, mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Communication and Documentation: Compose staff handbooks, contracts, and other HR documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including absences, and measure employee satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
