Job Title: Software Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your primary objective will be to manage cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and oversee the execution of software development projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage any deviations from the project plan
  • Supervise and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Conduct regular team meetings, providing direction, and ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Address team issues, manage conflicts, and support team members to optimize performance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
