Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Education Specialist to assist in managing scholarship programs, conducting thorough scrutiny of applications, and supporting various tasks related to scholarship administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support scholarship program management, ensuring accurate data management and record-keeping.
  • Conduct thorough scrutiny of applications to verify compliance with eligibility criteria.
  • Collaborate on additional tasks related to scholarship administration, such as stakeholder coordination or reporting, as assigned.
  • Provide support for walk-in visitors and respond to telephone inquiries, offering timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in organizing events and provide support for other assignments as directed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in student-related activities administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication, time management, interpersonal skills, planning, and organization
