A high-performing administrative professional is sought for a challenging role in the Department of Community Health Sciences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception desk, handling incoming telephone calls, and maintaining accurate records of stationery requests and consumption. They will also prepare and update daily/weekly transport schedules in coordination with the team for field visits.

Key responsibilities include facilitating logistical support during courses, workshops, and seminars, as well as maintaining and coordinating online bookings for classrooms, conference rooms, and computer lab. The ideal candidate will also assist in the verification and physical audit of departmental inventory and fixed assets.

The role requires a minimum of one to two years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an academic or NGO setting. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills are also required.

The successful candidate will have fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu, and will be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
