Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet visitors, providing a warm and welcoming first impression of our organization.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring prompt communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Support other departments as needed, showcasing adaptability and teamwork capabilities.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing for efficient management of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support administrative tasks and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
