English Writer and Content Developer (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled English writer and content developer to join our team for a night shift position.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and high-quality content.

About the Role:

This is a full-time night shift position that requires the candidate to work from 8 PM to 5 AM. The role involves creating editorial reports, providing feedback and suggestions on manuscripts, writing original books, developing outlines and summaries, performing developmental and line editing, applying formatting skills, communicating with clients, and handling client complaints professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create compelling editorial reports for new clients
  2. Provide actionable feedback and suggestions on manuscript drafts
  3. Write original books from scratch based on client requirements, showcasing creativity and flair
  4. Develop clear and concise outlines and summaries for each project
  5. Perform thorough developmental and line editing to ensure high-quality content
  6. Apply basic formatting skills, including knowledge of KDP formatting
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner
  8. Handle client complaints professionally, offering solutions and alternatives when needed
  9. Format books according to client specifications, meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer focusing on eBook creation, preferably with a portfolio of previous projects
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and narrative development skills
  • Creative and unique voice, with the ability to adapt to different styles and genres
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and edit content thoroughly
  • Positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Details:

  • Experience: 1 year or more in relevant field
  • Work Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (PKT)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
