Job Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage store operations, ensuring seamless inventory management and supply chain coordination.

  • Collect demands from various departments, processing them as purchase requisitions in SAP after thorough review.
  • Pursue accurate and timely procurement by liaising with Administration Heads and implementing processes efficiently.
  • Utilize SAP software to operate requisitions as Inventory Operator, fostering streamlined inventory management.
  • Procure items according to specified requisition details from vendors, guaranteeing quality and punctuality.
  • Maintain comprehensive records related to the store, including documentation of transactions and stock levels.
  • Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) to facilitate efficient receipt of goods.
  • Prepare issue vouchers in SAP, ensuring accurate tracking of issued materials.
  • Sustain up-to-date records of store inventories, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration with Procurement teams to ensure synchronized efforts.
  • Responsibly store and release supplies or equipment, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Compile detailed records of supplies, encompassing quantities and types.
  • Regularly inspect supplies to guarantee their quality and quantity.
  • Document the number and kinds of supplies received, facilitating easy access to information.
  • Effectively disseminate supplies to designated areas, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor the status of each supply, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
