**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead fundraising and outreach efforts in the North West region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow fundraising and outreach with both community and premium donors, as well as onboarding, managing, and retaining volunteers/donors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Culture Ambassador - Promote organizational values throughout all outreach efforts.
  • Fundraising Strategy Lead - Develop and align the fundraising and volunteer strategy for the North West region with head office.
  • Donor Cultivation Specialist - Cultivate, retain, and manage high-net-worth (HNI) and organizational donors.
  • Volunteer Engagement Manager - Recruit, engage, retain, and grow the volunteer base (e.g., Rahbar, Summer Camp Baghbaan).
  • Outreach Effort Designer - Design and drive an outreach effort to significantly enhance TCF's fundraising from new and existing HNI and corporate donors.
  • Donor Engagement Strategist - Develop and execute Donor Engagement Plans for all community outreach and premium donors.
  • Relationship Builder - Strategically engage senior management and volunteers to solicit new donors and engage current ones.
  • BAP+ Volunteer Recruiter - Recruit and maintain relationships with BAP+ volunteers.
  • Fundraising Target Analyst - Prepare and track weekly, monthly, and annual fundraising targets, ensuring they are met by both the individual and their team.
