About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Business Development Team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching tailored web and app solutions to international clients, and managing the full sales cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pursue potential clients via cold calls and follow-ups to generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop and deliver personalized pitches to international clients based on their business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and optimize sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales expansion.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in front sales, preferably in Web & App services.
  • Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
