Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Duties & Responsibilities (Front of the House):

• Welcome and greet customers as soon as they enter the restaurant.
• Assist customers to their respective tables.
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Serve food or beverages up to standard.
• Ask customers what they want and need.
• Recommend and upsell items, drinks, and desserts.
• Give and collect bills from customers.
• Observe cleanliness and sanitation.

Duties & Responsibilities (Back of the House):

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.).
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
