Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or DAE in Electronics and have hands-on experience with high-rating three-phase UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to UPS, Rectifier, AVR, and other equipment.
  2. Site Surveys: Assist Engineers in conducting site surveys to identify and address potential problems.
  3. Solution Design: Collaborate with Engineers to design effective solutions for clients.
  4. Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission different power equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Technical Discussions and Presentations: Support Sales teams in technical discussions and presentations for customers.
  6. Customer Support: Provide on-site and on-call customer support to resolve queries and concerns.
  7. Complaint Resolution: Work with senior team members to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  8. Spare Parts Inventory Management: Maintain an optimal level of spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
  9. Resource Utilization: Ensure efficient utilization of available resources to achieve goals.
  10. Documentation: Document activities for record-keeping and future reference.
  11. Team Collaboration: Foster good working relationships with team members and other departments.
  12. Quality and HSE Standards: Adhere to Quality & HSE Standards in all work activities.
  13. Special Tasks: Complete special tasks assigned by supervisor/TL/Manager as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of board-level electronics troubleshooting, diagnostics, and soldering capabilities. They should also be familiar with Power Systems/UPS repair and possess excellent time management skills, the ability to lead, and perform under pressure.
