E-Commerce Compliance Specialist
eBay, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms require strict compliance standards to ensure seamless operations. As an E-Commerce Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining these standards across various platforms. This role involves overseeing compliance with e-commerce regulations, monitoring account health metrics, and implementing corrective measures to prevent policy violations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that our e-commerce operations meet the required compliance standards.
  2. Account Health Management: Monitor account health metrics, identify issues proactively, and implement corrective measures to maintain account integrity.
  3. Listing Optimization: Conduct audits to safeguard against listing suppressions and ensure product listings adhere to compliance standards.
  4. Risk Management: Manage and resolve compliance-related disputes, ASIN suppressions, and account warnings in a timely manner.
  5. Training and Education: Educate internal teams on compliance policies and best practices to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
  6. Documentation: Maintain organized compliance documentation, including audit logs, communication with platform support, and action plans for compliance improvement.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer support teams to streamline processes while adhering to compliance guidelines.
  8. Reporting: Generate compliance reports, providing insights and updates on account status and metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, E-commerce, Compliance, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce compliance roles, preferably with Amazon Seller Central.
  • In-depth Knowledge: Of e-commerce regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity: With other e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: With attention to detail to detect compliance issues effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: With the ability to present complex compliance topics clearly.
  • Proficiency: In Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: And the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive Approach: To identifying risks and implementing solutions.
