About the Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the position of Lead – Training Section. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as at least 7–10 years of experience in Training and Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
They will have a proven track record of designing and implementing training strategies in a corporate or public sector environment and possess strong leadership and team management skills.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in training tools, LMS platforms, and MS Office and able to evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and analytics.
They will have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in Training and Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
