Shape your future with confidence by joining our team of innovative professionals. As a Pursuit Designer, you will play a key role in supporting strategic pursuits by creating visually appealing strategies and design layouts for client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design skills, experience in brand marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing innovative cover art, charts, graphs, and packaging methods that support a pursuit's theme and relate to the potential client's business issues, culture, industry, and market position.

• Develop creative visual strategies and design layouts for pursuit deliverables and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to provide a full-service BD coverage model for strategic, high-end pursuits.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive pursuit design innovation and maintain relationships with key interdependency groups.
• Deliver expert-level strategic messaging and conceptualize all client-facing materials.
• Contribute to the development of account and opportunity value-propositions.

• University/Bachelor/technical degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-3+ years of Graphic Design/Communications/Pursuits Strategy experience.
• Familiarity with large global organizations.
• Strong understanding of pursuit activation or new business pitches.
• Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
