Technical Documentation SpecialistWe require a highly skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of experience with AutoCAD (2D drafting) and working knowledge of PlanSwift, PlanUp, or Bluebeam.
Main responsibilities include preparing accurate 2D drawings, construction layouts, and site plans for residential and commercial retrofit projects, and managing and maintaining technical documents including drawing registers, submission logs, and revisions.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings and construction layouts using AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with UK retrofit guidelines by thoroughly interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Organize and maintain technical documents, including drawing registers and submission logs.
- Facilitate project design, updates, and job progress tracking through collaboration with UK-based teams.
