Financial Collector

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Receivable Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from patients and insurance companies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of patient accounts, including balances, payments, and outstanding amounts.
• Communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies and collect outstanding payments.
• Analyze and resolve account issues, working closely with the medical team to ensure accurate billing and claims submission.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Fluent in English language.
• Excellent computer and internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role is a contract position with a guaranteed salary package. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a break from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
