Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and booking our services to small and medium-sized enterprises.
About the Role:- You will engage in daily outbound calls and emails to potential clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills to convert leads into opportunities.
- Prospect key data from online sources, book demos, and ensure accurate data entry to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with clients to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos to build strong relationships.
- Develop and follow a sustainable outreach process to maximize results.
- Maintain clear and effective communication at all times to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct strong follow-ups with clients to ensure engagement and progress towards business objectives.
- You must be based in Pakistan and available to work without additional holidays.
- You should have fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; however, proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new businesses is preferred.
- You should possess strong convincing skills and tactics to close deals.
- Call center experience is a plus point, but not mandatory.
