Immgration Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice on visa requirements, university admissions, and legal processes to clients from diverse backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consulting, education counseling, or sales, with excellent communication skills and a persuasive negotiation style. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure error-free submissions and maintain a high conversion rate through effective communication and trust-building.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation & Lead Management: Provide clear, ethical advice on visa requirements, university admissions, and legal processes to clients, handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, and conduct detailed consultations to assess eligibility for study/work visas and immigration programs.
  • Sales & Conversion: Follow up with leads, address concerns, and convert consultations into signed clients, achieve monthly sales targets for visa applications and university admissions, and maintain a high conversion rate through persuasive communication and trust-building.
  • Documentation & Case Processing: Assist clients in preparing SOPs, financial proofs, IELTS/TOEFL documents, and legal paperwork, and coordinate with our legal team to ensure error-free submissions.
  • Compliance & Relationship Management: Stay updated on immigration law changes to provide accurate advice, and ensure 100% client satisfaction with regular follow-ups and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in immigration consulting, education counseling, or sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Skills:
  • Fluent in English & Urdu.
  • Persuasive negotiator with a track record of closing sales.
  • Basic knowledge of visa processes (training provided).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
