Job Title: Site Operations Manager
">This is a leadership role that requires strong administration and security expertise. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing teams and overseeing site operations.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Develop and Implement Security Plans: Create comprehensive site security plans and protocols to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and operations.
- Supervise Security Personnel: Lead a team of security personnel to maintain discipline and enforce safety protocols.
- Liaise with Law Enforcement: Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies for threat assessments and security coordination.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and recommend measures to improve physical security infrastructure.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee all administrative functions at the site, including township management, transportation, and housekeeping.
- Discipline and Compliance: Ensure staff and contractors adhere to company policies, HSE regulations, and legal compliance.
- Community Relations: Foster positive relationships with government and community stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets for security and administrative operations efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
">- Military Background: A retired officer from the Pakistan Army (Lieutenant Colonel or Colonel rank) is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience post-retirement in a similar role, preferably in the power, energy, or industrial sector.
- Local Knowledge: Knowledge of local laws, regulatory compliance, and community engagement is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
