About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization principles and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to improve website traffic and online visibility.

Main Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to organizational goals
    • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value keywords and search opportunities
    • Create and maintain a roadmap for long-term SEO performance improvement
  • On-Page Optimization
    • Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements for target keywords
    • Conduct regular content audits to ensure relevance, accuracy, and searchability
    • Improve website architecture and internal linking for better crawlability and user experience
  • Technical SEO
    • Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and slow load times
    • Collaborate with website developer to resolve technical issues and implement structured data/schema markup
    • Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and Core Web Vitals
  • Off-Page Optimization
    • Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks
    • Monitor and manage online reputation through outreach and digital PR efforts
    • Analyze competitors' backlink profiles to identify opportunities
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track, monitor, and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms
    • Prepare regular reports on SEO performance metrics and provide actionable insights
    • Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Content Collaboration
    • Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and engagement
    • Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and target audience intent
  • Local SEO
    • Optimize Google My Business profiles and ensure consistency across local directories
    • Implement location-based SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results
  • Staying Updated
    • Keep updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes
    • Experiment with emerging SEO techniques and share insights with the team
