Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing existing accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Obtaining orders and establishing new accounts.
  • Adjusting content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focusing sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Maintaining relationships with management by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
