Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team at Hammad Employment. This key member will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and contributing to the growth of our company.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on lead generation, email marketing, and US/Canada sales. They will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, executing email marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with the sales team to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential leads in targeted industries and verticals.
- Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, industry databases, and social media, to prospect and build a pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predetermined criteria.
Email Marketing and Campaign Execution:
- Create, optimize, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.
- A/B test subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and use data to refine campaign strategies.
US/Canada Sales Experience:
- Leverage your understanding of the US/Canada market to engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and position our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including follow-up, demos, and closing deals.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content and engage prospects effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of US/Canada market dynamics and sales strategies, with the ability to tailor outreach for different customer segments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
