Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced education professional to join our team as a Student Career Counselor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding students interested in studying in the UK through every stage of their educational journey.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one counseling sessions to students
  • Assessing student profiles and recommending suitable universities, programs, and scholarships
  • Guiding students on admission requirements, documentation, financial planning, and timelines
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK universities, courses, entry criteria, and visa regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to students on their academic and career paths
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in student counseling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Counseling (14/16 years of Education)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in student counseling, preferably for the UK market
  • Strong understanding of UK higher education systems, visa policies, and admission requirements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to counsel students with empathy and build trust with families
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) – additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Portals/CRM tools for student data management
