  7. Ensure quality of outcome by following standards and controls
  8. Support production deployment and post-development implementation activities
  9. Provide application production support
  10. Able to support development projects and provide production support as needed
  11. Participate in crisis calls for production incidents
  12. Identify opportunities for system performance improvement
  13. Mentor junior developers in the team
  14. Manage stakeholders effectively
