We are looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Performance Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) to drive successful marketing initiatives.
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking systems (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and bid adjustments to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize user experience at the website and landing page level.
Landing Page & CRO:
  • Work closely with designers/developers to improve landing page UX and conversion rates.
  • A/B test ad creatives, CTAs and post-click experiences to optimize results.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR and CPA, and generate performance reports for senior review.
  • Evaluate data accuracy and resolve tracking discrepancies to ensure reliable insights.
  • Assist with email marketing, CRM workflows and basic SEO tasks to support business objectives.
  • Support B2B lead generation and marketing automation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, with certifications a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with landing page best practices and A/B testing.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing or SEO.
