Job Title: Accounting Operations Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and supplies.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Office Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company records, regulatory documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in an organized manner.
  2. Department Coordination: They will coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  3. Procurement and Inventory: The candidate will assist in handling procurement, vendor management, and inventory records.
  4. Reporting and Compliance: They will ensure timely submission of reports, regulatory filings, and audits.
  5. Budgeting and Petty Cash: The Accounting Operations Manager will monitor administrative budgets and handle petty cash as required.
  6. Government Liaison: They will liaison with government and regulatory bodies for licensing, compliance, and inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Accounting Knowledge: Should be able to maintain accounts and record keeping.
  2. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  3. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  4. Communication and Organization: Good communication and organizational abilities.
  5. Administrative Procedures: Basic understanding of office and administrative procedures.
  6. Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers and office equipment.
