Job Opportunity

As a Performance Analytics professional, you will play a key role in helping us acquire, engage, and retain customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience.

  • Develop analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand clients' needs, agenda, and risks.
  • Contribute to project management and lead internal and client meetings.
  • Identify trends, patterns, issues, and anomalies in defined areas of analysis, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of overall career experience in Performance Analytics or similar role.
  • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
  • Proficiency using data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment.
  • Relevant industry expertise.
