Branch Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to lead and direct a marketing and relationship management team. The ideal candidate will devise sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability, while defining sales plans for relationship managers and reviewing their performances to ensure delivery of desired results.

• Key Accountabilities:
• Maximization of Revenue through available wealth management options such as Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Banc Assurance, etc.
• Utilize consultative sales approach to define customer goals and develop solutions that cultivate strong relationships with customers.
• Formulation and implementation of micro-marketing at branch level.
• Ensure implementation of control and compliance policies in line with regulatory and group requirements.
• Facilitate information transfer with remote teams to improve product knowledge, customer requirements gathering, and inter-office communication.
