Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional with exceptional writing abilities, able to craft compelling proposals that showcase our solutions.

This role involves creating and managing content for proposals and proposal responses to RFPs, working in collaboration with personnel at all levels of the organization.

The key responsibilities include researching an extensive database of proposal content, customizing text as needed to answer questions directly and thoroughly, reflect proposed service solutions, and persuade customers that our products/solutions solve their specific problems.

Adherence to quality principles (responsive, accurate, concise, strategic), style guide, and other criteria for compelling and consistent messaging is essential.

Established proposal processes and defined roles/responsibilities must be followed throughout proposal development, including content capture process for new content and edited records.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills are required for understanding complex product offerings and value propositions and defining them in succinct, persuasive written responses.

Additionally, ability to work in a self-directed manner within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and complex environment, proactively seeking guidance on complex tasks, as needed, is crucial.

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in English, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Exceptional writing skills demonstrating a natural command of language, organization, and flow are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working as part of a team to complete complex and time-sensitive projects, are also necessary.
