Software Application Specialist Job Description

This role involves providing high-level support and maintenance for software applications, ensuring seamless integration of new changes and bug fixes in production systems.

A key aspect of this position is troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production systems, thereby minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal system performance.

The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve customer-reported problems, working closely with the team to identify and implement solutions.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, be able to work independently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer .Net or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in technologies such as .NET (MVC), Web Services / Web API, SQL Server (advanced programming skills, like writing Stored procs, functions etc.), C#, jQuery, AJAX.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and ability to write effective stored procedures and functions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
