We are seeking an ambitious, punctual, and self-motivated individual to work as part of a team based in the UK and Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Create new product listings on marketplace channels.
  • Update stock levels using spreadsheets.
  • Enter product data into MS Excel spreadsheets.
  • Edit and upload product images on marketplace channels.
  • Conduct market research on competitors' products and pricing.

Job Experience / Skills Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in eBay or Amazon store management.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred.

If you possess the following skills, it would be advantageous for your application:

  • Customer service experience on eBay or Amazon.
  • Familiarity with Amazon or eBay store listing policies.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO principles.
  • Basic graphic design skills, including creating simple graphics and banners.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, or Shopify.

Training will be provided on internal software.
The position is available for afternoon shifts.
