Job Description:

As our Sales & Operations Lead, you will lead with purpose, grow with impact, and help shape the future of inclusive, faith-informed care. You will drive business growth and optimize internal operations by leading a remote sales team, managing the entire sales funnel, and overseeing therapist onboarding, performance tracking, and payouts.

  • Lead and mentor a remote sales team, setting goals and reviewing performance.
  • Develop sales strategies, CRM workflows, and materials (pitch decks, scripts).
  • Manage the full sales funnel and collaborate with marketing to drive client acquisition.
  • Oversee therapist onboarding, credentialing, and performance management.
  • Manage payout processes and improve therapist retention through structured engagement.
  • Optimize internal processes, implement tools, and create SOPs for scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will work closely with leadership to improve systems and drive results. This is a leadership position in a fast-growing, purpose-driven startup. Key qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years in sales, operations, or business management (healthcare or startup experience preferred).
  • Experience managing remote teams, with strong CRM and task management tool proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a faith-informed mental health space with cultural sensitivity.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare or therapist operations.
