We are seeking a driven and results-oriented medical sales professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling medical products or services.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators.
  3. Product Knowledge and Training:
    Develop in-depth knowledge of the medical products or services being offered.
  4. Market Research and Strategy:
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account progress.
  6. Compliance:
    Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards while promoting and selling medical products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of medical products, devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment.
  • Certification or training in medical sales or related fields.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical products or services being sold, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

They will be able to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are also required.
