Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our social media, content, and design teams. In this role, you will drive the creation of fresh, relevant content and breaking automotive news while spearheading rapid growth across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on Business Objectives: Drive results across content, design, and marketing through cross-functional collaboration with brand, video, and performance teams.
  • Lead Creative Teams: Align and manage Social Media, PR, Design, and Blog teams for consistent, timely, and high-quality output.
  • Measure Success: Ensure content production and social media KPIs and metrics are met, driving web sessions and branded search growth.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Drive real-time content creation around automotive news, trends, and features to reinforce industry leadership.
  • Enhance Productivity: Leverage AI and creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Firefly, Canva) to boost productivity and content experimentation.
  • Own Targeted Communication: Own and execute newsletters, WhatsApp marketing, and push notifications for targeted communication.
  • Mentor Team Members: Mentor team members, ensuring alignment on key priorities and fostering a culture of speed, creativity, and accountability.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 5–8 years of experience in content or social media leadership, preferably in fast-paced or media-driven environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong command of social platform growth, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Creative Management: Proven ability to manage creative teams and deliver results across content, design, and marketing.
  • Technology Savviness: Experience with marketing automation, analytics tools, and content monetization strategies.
