
Revenue Growth Manager

This is a unique opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and at least 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing. Previous experience with managing or selling professional services, subject matter expertise, and CRM (Salesforce) skills are preferred.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Biz Dev: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
- Clients Outreach: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Reports and Dashboards: Document sales activities, maintain client databases, and provide regular sales reports.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience developing new relationships and cross-selling current accounts.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably in digital services, with a proven ability to provide consultative sales and demonstrate sales performance.
- Market Knowledge: Awareness of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, with seasoned soft skills or technology savvy.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
