Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. As a seasoned expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement robust test automation frameworks, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert consultation on complex testing strategies and methodologies.
  3. Take charge of urgent issues and projects, effectively communicating statuses and assigning resources as needed.
  4. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to test and business functions, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  5. Stay abreast of industry developments, process improvements, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in testing solutions.
  6. Identify and recommend suitable tools and technologies to align with existing development function standards and team skill-sets.
  7. Develop broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques to inform the design and delivery of comprehensive testing methodologies.
  8. Create and validate automated scripts to support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.
  9. Lead the definition and implementation of automation techniques and adherence to established standards.
  10. Apply Testing Lifecycle Management principles within project contexts.
  11. Mentor and guide the quality assurance team to ensure collective growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the professional industry.
  • Proven expertise in Performance and usability testing.
  • Experience with Selenium using Java, JMeter, Appium & Git.
  • Background in building and utilizing testing frameworks for release engineering.
  • Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to the engineering team.
  • Adaptability and versatility are key attributes for this role.
