Digital Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through effective lead conversion, upselling, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and live chats to engage and close potential clients.
  • Convert provided leads into paying customers through persuasive communication and needs-based selling.
  • Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services including:

Digital Marketing Services
Website Development
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)
Graphic Designing
Content Writing
UI/UX Designing

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (digital marketing industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
  • Comfortable with night shift (US working hours).
